Warranty claims are only considered if you provide valid proof of purchase. The following documents will be accepted as proof of purchase: A guarantee card, stamped and signed by an official dealer, the original sales receipt or delivery document.
Crystals, bracelets, and straps are warranted for manufacturing defects only, not against excessive force, incorrect handling, or normal wear. Claims for warranty are not valid in the following cases: i) damage from transport and delivery, ii) damage from normal wear and usage, iii) damage due to moisture, iv) damage from poor treatment not in line with the user manual, v) damage from non-authorized service or repair.
